  1. I agree about Where'd You Go, Bernadette?. I listened to it last winter and really enjoyed it. It wasn't at all like I expected it to be.

  2. I love classic movies as well! Penny Serenade, if you want to cry, and His Girl Friday if you want to laugh. Keep the podcasts going, I am enjoying them!

  3. I'm sorry to hear the book crop was not as good as hoped. I always enjoy your reviews.

That snow storm was a bit of a bust, wasn't it?

Just wondering; what vdo you do with the boxes of books that come to your office? Do they go to the airports?

    All the best.

  4. First of all, Bringing Up Baby and the movie it inspired (What's Up, Doc?) are two of my favorite movies. My favorite Audrey Hepburn movie is Charade, a classic. Just throwing in my two cents.

  5. I am now in the middle of listening to this podcast. I have to tell you that we must be long lost sisters, because we are in sync! My Lenten promise was to deal with one thing a day that had been piled up. I haven't been able to do as much as I had hoped, because I have been sick (excuses, excuses, I know!), but I am seeing a difference for the small things I have done. Keep up the good work!

Also, re: your new cutting table. I noticed that the top is flush with the sides. Did you think of having an overhang? Do your feet bang into the shelves as you are cutting?

  6. Keep mentioning the de-cluttering as it got me to pull out the couch and chairs in the living room and de-dust! And to gather up the two hundred dog toys and wash them. I know you could take your pattern company and magazine features as far as you want to take this other career. What a choice - quilting and books!
