I would love to win this book! I have read all of the Cobbled Court books, and have been waiting for this one.
ReplyDeleteI've read all of them. I loved the last one best. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI read Threading the Needle by the pool in Hawaii a couple of years ago and I'll be back there in a couple of weeks. Another Cobbled Court book would be perfect to add to my holiday reading!
ReplyDeleteI've read the first three and A thread of Truth is my favorite so far. I would love to win this book!

I've loved all of them, but A Single Thread holds a special place in my heart, probably just because it was the first one I read.
ReplyDeleteI have read the first two Cobble Court books and would love to read the rest and the newest book. Looking forward to hearing the interview!! Happy Easter to all!
ReplyDeleteDon't include my name in the drawing because I'd already pre-ordered the book and it'll be delivered to my Kindle as soon as it's released! But this is a great giveaway. And I loved listening to the interview--thanks for giving us the opportunity to listen in on your conversation with Marie!
ReplyDeleteI would like to read Threading the Needle. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteread them all. love them. can't wait to read about Mary Del.
ReplyDeleteI have seen these books, but have not had a chance to read them. I will have to see if our library has them. It would be fun to win an advance copy!
ReplyDeleteOh Tanesha!! What a fabulous interview!! You and Marie-wow- now that is quilting nirvana! I have read all of her cobbled court books! My favorite is Threading the Needle. I am so excited about the new book--I have gone by the onscreen name of Velveteena for over 13 years (there's a story) so super excited to meet Velvet, Silky, Organza etc. Thanks for your super work with the podcast and blog. I want you to know--we very much appreciate your dedication!! Blessings of Easter to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed the Cobbled Court series, twice through. I would love to read On Wings of Mornings, River's Edge, and Fields of Gold. Thanks for the chance to win the first book of the new series!!
ReplyDeleteI have to laugh, because I just discovered Marie Bostwick a week ago. I read "A Single Thread" and loved it! Your interview was amazingly professional. I loved how it didn't sound like you had a list of questions to get through, you were just chatting!
ReplyDeleteHi Tanesha! I really enjoyed the interview and the new book sounds great! I've read all the Cobbled Court books, but haven't read any other books by Marie. I'll have to get going on these. Fields of Gold and River's Edge sound good to start with. Thanks for the chance to win her new one.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I remember the terrible 2's and wonder why no one called them the terrible 2 and 3's. Maybe the terrible 2's just sounds better. Hang in there. You can do this! LOL
River's Edge was my first read beyond her Cobbled Court series, and a really, really good book, highly recommend it. Great interview Tanesha. If anyone wants more of Marie Boswick she was also interviewed by Pat Sloan on her radio show last April (www.allpeoplequilt.com/radio/index.html if anyone wants to go listen). I really enjoy your podcast, and the book reviews are a great feature. I have added numerous books to my library as a result!
ReplyDeleteHello! I have read the first three books in the series. I've enjoyed them very much. Would love to read this, along with the fourth book, which is in my reading queue. Thanks! Enjoyed this episode - as I do all the others!

DeleteI met Marie, not that she would remember me, at the EXPO Center in Chantilly. I can't remember what event, Sewing Expo vs Quilt Event. I have the the first three books (audio), purchased in 2010 and have listened to the only two. Hmmm, not quite sure why I didn't get started on the third. Listening to your recent episode has sparked my interest again. So off, to catch up on #3 in the series. Looking forward to the newest book. Thanks for hosting the give-a- way.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the interview, especially when it is with one of my favorite authors. I am thrilled that we will be hearing more about Howard and his Mom as I find them both sweet and unique. My favorite book is always the next one I'm going to read. No need to enter me, though, since I've already received a give-away from your generous self.
ReplyDeleteHang in there with Maddie; it does get easier.
You did a wonderful interview with Marie. Her characters certainly contain a lot of life. Thanks for the giveaway. Thanks for doing such a great job on your podcast, I enjoyed your comments on your daughters. Just remember children with minds of thier own, willfulness, the head strong ones make the most interesting adults. They'll be adults a lot longer than children so it's good they have an opinion............we just have to survive their childhood in one piece (can you tell I've been there?) Peace.
ReplyDeleteOh Tanesha, what a special interview. I've always been a big fan of Marie's but after this novel with the focus on Mary Dell and Howard... well, she has a fan for life. My little brother (40 years old lol) is mentally retarded and it takes a special author to take the time to jump into this world and make it real. I can't wait to get it and sink into ti :) As for favorites, well A Single Thread captured my heart, but A Thread of Truth is a close second for me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for a delightful treat!

ReplyDeleteThat was a great interview; thanks for sharing it with us. I have enjoyed all of the Cobbled Court books, not sure I can pick a favorite. I'm looking forward to the new book and the story of Mary Dell and Howard. They've already added so much to Evelyn's story, they can only be better in their own book.
ReplyDeletethanks again,
Sandi
Great interview. I have read all of Marie's books and the best one we all know is the one we are currently reading - they are all good. Can't wait to read Between Heaven and Texas.
ReplyDeleteThank you
Sharyn
Tanesha that was just such a treat. I think you can add "interviewer" to your accomplishments. The podcast was so professional and natural. I think my favorite books of all feature a town, a house, an area of the country as a character which Marie's books do so well.
ReplyDeleteI have read her first 3 books. I have enjoyed all of them. I like to get them from the library, as they are a great set of books to share. I hope our library gets the next set of books soon!
ReplyDeleteI've read all of the Cobbled Court books and love them all! What great characters and what a great interview!
ReplyDeleteI rive read the first two cobble court books and loved them. My library only had the two , should really look for the others. Great interview!
ReplyDeleteI've read the Cobbled Court novels. It's a nice way to keep quiting near me even when I can't be sewing (at the gym, at the office). Thanks for the giveaway. I really enjoyed the interview...perhaps there will be more interviews in your future? Nice job, Tanesha!
ReplyDeleteI've read her short stories. I haven't read the cobbled court books
ReplyDeleteI have read all the Cobbled Court books and I love them all! I try to read them slowly to savor them and then I am so bummed when I am done. It's always a long wait until the next novel. Thanks Tanesha and Marie!
ReplyDeleteI have read all the cobbled court books and am excited to see she has a new book! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteyou can reach me mejbenz@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI have not read any of the cobbled court books so I would start with A Single Thread.
ReplyDeleteI have worked my way through the Cobbled Court series and am ready for Ties That Bind. The new one sounds great! Thanks for the fun show with Marie!
