I fused all of the pieces down with Wonder Under, including the binding!
For little art quilts like this, I like to give my binding a decorative edge now-and-then. I use a scallop edge blade in my rotary cutter and cut the binding strips approx. 1.5" wide with it, after applying the Wonder Under cut into strips the same width. Then I just fuse the strips all around the quilt, the same way you would sew them on. (I usually apply to the front first, then fold and fuse to the back.)
